The Britt's take on a traditional Italian giardiniera, but with our signature flare: lactic acid bacteria fermentation in oak barrels. Local Organic Cauliflower is complemented by sliced Organic Carrots, Organic Bell Pepper, and our finely tune blend of spices and aromatics, making this crisp, refreshing ferment virtually irresistible.
