Britt’s Bare Naked recipe was inspired by the ‘Baek” (white) Kimchi popular in Korea among kids and those who don’t dig the spice. Bare Naked is Kimchi stripped down to the very basics. We removed the pepper, garlic, and ginger. This softens the intensity and allows the refreshing taste of carrot, sweet onion, fresh dill, and green onions to shine through.
