Food Service Information
Britt's Fermented Foods offers all 3 products from each line up of pickles, kimchi, and sauerkraut in 2 gallon or 5 gallon buckets for food service. Currently any other ferments listed on our online store page will not be available for food service, this includes our pickle brines, posse relish, and our Britt's Mix. (Black Garlic salt and paste are offered for food service in 16oz pouches)
We are only offering Food Service options to our local businesses on Whidbey Island.
We have three ways to order from us here at Britt's:
Online Ordering - Please email office@brittsfermentedfoods.com to get this setup for your restaurant
Email Ordering - Email your full order directly to salesorders@brittsfermentedfoods.com. Order confirmations will be sent 24 hours after the order is placed.
Phone Call/Text Ordering - Call or text our office line (206) 395-8098 to place your order. Order confirmations will be sent 24 hours after the order is placed.
New customers must fill out our Food Service Application and send it to office@brittsfermentedfoods.com before placing a order. If an order is sent our way without filled out applications on file, the order will not be accepted.
Britt's Food Service Application
Our warehouse follows a one week lead time for all orders and deliveries. Place your order any time Monday - Friday during business hours and the following week the order will be delivered Friday between 8:00am - 4:00pm.
