This past cucumber season was abundant for us, so we decided to get creative with our leftover bunch. We love kimchi and we love pickles, so we did what any mad scientist would do, combined the two and made a Spicy Kimchi Pickle!
Our pickle brine was combined with our kimchi paste of garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sesame seed, and gochugaru to give you a unique pickle that will tantalize your senses with that umami of flavor!
